Existing TRUX customers can submit support requests from the TRUX web site. Your requests will be sent directly to the TRUX Technical Support department. Submit a Support Request.

If you are an existing TRUX customer with a question, comment or issue regarding one of our software applications, please call us at one of the numbers below to talk to our technical support department.

Having the following information at hand when you call TRUX Technical Support can help facilitate the process:

  • Name of the Company you work for
  • TRUX application you are using: Haul-IT, Weigh-IT, or Maintain-IT
  • Name of the program you are using. E.g. Route Center, Dispatch Center, Ticket Entry, etc.
  • Version of the Application (go to Help menu and then click About TRUX to find the version)
  • Any error message or relevant information to diagnosing the issue

  • Download Crystal Update for TRUX 7.11 Upgrade (17mb).
    Save the file to your desktop and follow the instructions given to you by TRUX Support Staff.
